AC50 Automatic climbing formwork - Self climbing formwork for cores with hydraulic power
Overview
For the construction of core walls, shafts, facade areas for high rise building, as well as for bridge pylons or piers and other high concrete structure, automatic climbing system is the perfect choice. With the power from hydraulic cylinders, it can be lifted without crane to the next casting section smoothly, fast and safely.
Characteristics
1 . Safety: The brackets attached firmly to the structure in all phases. The high load capacity of anchor system and brackets allow climbing to take place shortly after concreting.
2 . Crane-independent: The unique hydraulic system allows a very high level of productivity and short cycle times, and thus crane time can be cut significantly. The large formwork gangs can be raised with the brackets as a unit, independently of the crane, irrespective of weather conditions.
3 . Rapid working: The variable platforms allow the shuttering, reinforcement, striking, concreting and finishing work, as well as other site related operations to proceed simultaneously.
4 . Adaptability: This universal modular system accommodates varying structure geometries. Also for inclined structure as bridge pylons or piers, this system can be adjusted forward and reserved inclined piers and pylons with platforms always in a horizontal position.
Value-added Service
ZNLS will provide relating technical service including formwork & scaffolding proposal drawing, material list, shop drawing, calculation sheet, loading capacity analysis and assembly instruction on site and other after-sale service. Moreover, cargo transport arrangement and tracking, relating import and export documents will be supplied as customs’ requirements.
